well, corruption is becoming a common thing, especially in my beloved country. Some people also say that corruption is becoming our culture. Yah, many action have taken to resolve it, but sometimes it fails.
For example, recently we have heard about the corruption which done by G***S (censored). It was one of many greatest corruption in this country. Many people are fed up with that kind of news. They think that the government only speak about their promise to punish the corruptor and decrease the amount of corruption.
Sometimes I think that's true, but..It's not only the government's fault but also our fault.
Well, it depends on us. In my opinion, there are many things that causes corruption. For example, when we go to school or go to work late, it's also a kind of corruption. Then, when we work as a treasurer and think that we have the right to use the money as we want,and that take it, it's also corruption. It begins from the smallest one until the biggest one and it's done by everybody.
So, corruption is becoming our culture because ourselves make those bad things as our habbit.
To make it worst, the people and the institute which supposed to punish the corruptor and fight it, also do a corruption. That's really bad, how can't the citizen become corruptor? of course they can be, because the people who supposed not to do corruption, become a great corruptor.
Then now, the government wants to revise the corruption criminal law that actually gives a great chance for the corruptor to free from the punishment. I can only imagine about what will happen in the future if the corruptors are free. Then, it seems that corruption is an eternal enemy that will never be defeated.
But we can do something to prevent the increasing of corruption, just from the simple one such as being honest, being an open minded person, giving any information which can help the police to arrest the corruptor, and SAY NO CORRUPTION TO OURSELVES !
